Community-Based Outgrower Scheme
A collaborative farming arrangement where ARDC works directly with farming communities to achieve food security and poverty reduction.
Community & Farmer Structure
ARDC organizes its Outgrower Scheme into community clusters. Each community consists of several dedicated farmers, with each individual farmer managing 1 hectare of land specifically for high-yield rice production.
Funding Partnership
This scheme is supported by a strategic funding model: 60% provided by the Government and 40% provided by ARDC.
Land Preparation & Planting
For the Outgrower Scheme, we employ a rigorous 3-stage land preparation process to ensure optimal soil conditions:
To guarantee high yields, ARDC provides 2 bushels of certified rice seed per hectare to every participating outgrower.
Responsibilities & Cost Sharing
ARDC and the farmers work in synergy, sharing the load to ensure a successful harvest season:

Centrally Managed Nucleus Scheme
The heartbeat of ARDC operations: a centrally controlled core farm ensuring precision agriculture and elite seed production.
Operational Control
The Nucleus Scheme functions as a corporate farming unit. All workers are employed and paid directly by ARDC. Every aspect of the farm's lifecycle from initial land clearing to final storage is supervised by our expert agronomic staff.
Technical Land Preparation
The Nucleus farm follows the same specialized 3-step preparation sequence to guarantee quality:
We plant exactly 2 bushels of rice seed per hectare, maximizing the output of our centrally controlled fields.
